We want you to be fully satisfied with your Tern gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that bicycles must be in original condition and returned through an authorized Tern dealer to ensure safety and quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account to locate your order and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; for complete bicycles, please schedule a drop-off with your local Tern dealer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
